AIT Professors awarded with the UPD Centennial Professorial Chair
UP AIT Professors Dela Santa and Mena were awarded with the 2021 UPD Centennial Professorial Chair. Earlier this year, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs released the call for applications to the 2021 Cycle of the UP Diliman Centennial Professorial Chair and Faculty Grant Awards.
The Centennial Professorial Chair recognizes the importance of advanced degree, research and creative work, and mentoring in the overall advancement of teaching in the University. Applicants were screened based on their achievements in mentorship, a published research or creative work, and a doctoral degree.
For the 2020 Cycle, Professors Reil G. Cruz, Edieser Dela Santa, and Emma Lina F. Lopez were part of the awardees of the Centennial Professorial Chair for their academic and research achievements since 2018.
